Skin cycling is the gym for your skin.
It’s a way of applying your skincare on a four-night rotation to maximise the benefits for skin, leaving it clearer, smoother and firmer. Nights one and two are your active nights, led by exfoliation and retinol, and nights three and four your hydration recovery nights – much like a gym regime.
This kit contains all the products you need to get started with skin cycling. Including some of our bestsellers as well as some brand new products for 2023, it's suitable for all skin types, but particularly suited to blemish-prone, dull, congested and/or pigmented skin.
