It’s a way of applying your skincare on a four-night rotation to maximise the benefits for skin, leaving it clearer, smoother and firmer. Nights one and two are your active nights, led by exfoliation and retinol, and nights three and four your hydration recovery nights – much like a gym regime.

This kit contains all the products you need to get started with skin cycling. Including some of our bestsellers as well as some brand new products for 2023, it's suitable for all skin types, but particularly suited to blemish-prone, dull, congested and/or pigmented skin. How to use

Night One - Exfoliation Night
Step 1: Cleanse with Bee Venom Cleansing Balm
Step 2: Exfoliate by swiping one Vit C Brightening Pad over your face and neck.
Step 3: Hydrate by applying a generous amount of Dragon’s Blood Hyaluronic Velvet Cream.

Night Two – Retinol Night
Step 1: Cleanse with Bee Venom Cleansing Balm.
Step 2: Treat skin by swiping one Retinol Resurfacing Pad over your face and neck.
Step 3: Apply a small amount of Retinol Eye Serum around the eye contour area.
Step 4: Hydrate by applying a generous amount of Dragon’s Blood Hyaluronic Velvet Cream.

Nights Three and Four – Hydration Nights
Step 1: Cleanse with Bee Venom Cleansing Balm.
Step 2: Treat and hydrate skin by applying the Dragon’s Blood Hyaluronic Jelly Mask. Leave on for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3: Hydrate by applying a generous amount of Dragon’s Blood Hyaluronic Velvet Cream
